 Blueberry Oat Smoothie

Elements:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp quaint rolled oats (gluten free if wanted) 1⁄3 cup plain low-fat yogurt (greek yogurt may also work)
  • ½ cup dairy free or common milk  
  • 2 tsp almond butter or sunflower seed butter
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp floor cinnamon
  • 2 tsp honey, or extra to style

  • Place all components in a blender
  • Mix till clean
  • If wanted, add a small handful of ice to thicken
