 Shape and Sculpt: Lower Body Workout

Tone your legs and glutes with this nice decrease physique exercise!

<h2> The Exercise:

Get warmed up with 15-20 minutes of cardio. Do 10 reps of every transfer and end with a one minute wall sit. Repeat the circuit 3 times. 

  • Burpees
  • Donkey Kicks
  • Bounce Squats
  • Dumbbell Lunges 
  • Plank Jacks
  • Sumo Squats
  • Wall Sits – 1 Minute
