Pineapple Mango Protein Smoothie
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
2 cups contemporary pineapple
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup frozen mango
2 frozen bananas
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 ½ cups lite coconut milk
Juice of 1 orange
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
½ cup ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all elements in a blender or meals processor and liquefy till easy. For a thicker smoothie, add extra yogurt. For a thinner smoothie, add extra orange juice or coconut milk.
