INGREDIENTS
½ medium head of cauliflower (4 cups of small florets)

2 ½ tablespoons chia seeds

¼ cup water

1/3 cup oat flour

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

¾ cup pizza sauce

1 cup your favourite cheese

Greens of your selection

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment and put aside. In a small bowl, whisk collectively chia seeds and water, then refrigerate for half-hour.
